  5. They are for sale in sporting goods stores, surplus stores and at base commissaries.  Why wouldn't it be legal?  It's just food.  Many families in Hurricane and Tornado/Blizzard alleys buy cases of them for their household emergency kits.


  6. You can find them on ebay and in surplus stores - not sure if they are legal to buy but I doubt anyone would bother to stop you.  Why do you want them?  I've been eating the d**n things for over twenty years and can honestly say I am sick and tired of them!
