I like H. Butler's BBQ in Sunnyvale. Great Mac and Cheese! Or if you want some cajun style, check out Poor House Bistro in San Jose by the Shark Tank.

Check out Lois the Pie Queen over in Oakland.  I've only been there once (for Sunday brunch), but the food there was outstanding.
