WHICH IS BETTER WHEN YOU WANT TO LOOSE WEIGHT DRINKING CRANBERRY JUICE OR EATING AN GRAPEFRUIT?

I'VE BEEN ON A DIET AND I'M TRYING TO STICK TO IT AND I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHICH IS BETTER FOR FAT TING IN THE TUMMY AREA CRANBERRY JUICE OR GRAPEFRUIT/GRAPEFRUIT JUICE?

  1. Cranberry juice is beneficial to the body, but when trying to lose weight, the grapefruit would be the better choice. The added fiber from eating the actual fruit will help keep you full (something juice can't do).


  2. They're both goo to do. Eating a grapefruit helps to eliminate fat from your body and drinking cranberry juice helps to remove the toxins from your kidneys and liver.

  3. Cranberrie juice most of the time contains ALOT of sugar.

    While on the other hand it does have antitoxins

    (which are good for you.)

    But! Grapefruit helps break down fat.. so I would suggest if you're on a health frive or a diet to stick with grapefruit because cranberrie juice will often have 15g of sugar.

  4. why is it loose??btw both are great BUt dont take too much of both because too much of fruit acids deplete muscles
