Chennai is the best place to live and Bangalore seems to be very costly for living.... so those who are aware of the cyclone and earthquake which often happens in chennai will reject this place to live and those who are willing to transfer to the coolest place will live in bangalore even though it is costly and polluted.

but pollution is not only in bangalore..... so eventhough cyclone trend is there in chennai, people are lovable at chennai as they know tamil like me

If you want tons of culture, then in a big city like Bombay, Delhi, or Calcutta. I personally prefer Calcutta, since I am from there, and it is fast paced without all the glamor.
