  1. The brain.  We will soon be able to create tissues and organs, due to the capabilities of our mind: we would not understand how the body works without having the human brain, and we would never be able to understand it or develop synthesized analogs of our tissues without it.  We can live without a kidney, we can synthesize new tissues.  As long as there is [oxygenated] blood supplied to the brain (even if you have a mechanical pump for the heart), you can still live.

  2. Pretty much all our organs are equally important, not having any one of them would mean we'd die.  Without our liver we couldn't filter toxins, without the lungs we can't get oxygen to our blood, without the heart the blood doesn't move, without the kidney we can't process waste, should I keep going?

  3. The brain

  4. All of them are equally important! look at it this way. the cranium cannot work and has absolutely no purpose without the other organs

  5. the most important part of the boy is the eyes

  6. The sexual organs. To them we must the generation of the human species.

    Good Luck.
