This has just recently occurred in my area, and it deeply saddens me. I have been scouting out all of the old packs in gas stations, and smoking the new ones in between. In addition to telling me whether or not you voted the old recipe out, please let me know if this has happened yet in your area! Are the old-recipe lovers left high and dry?

  1. I used to smoke Camels.  And, almost every other brand.  My opinion is that there is really little difference between brands.  Same tobacco.  Same paper.  Same nicotine.  Same additives...

Of course, there is a subtle, yet readily perceived, difference in taste, but I think that you can find a satisfactory replacement after a few trials with other brands.

However, I know how you feel.  To me, there's nothing like Dr. Pepper.  Mr. Pibb is a sorry substitute.
