MR REN is SIMON. ARTY's name's not DUFF

MR BRIGHT's dog's not KIT. TOM's gogs not FLUFF

Neither FLUFF nor REX is owned by MR REN

MR WHITE is not called TOM. One dog is owned by LEN

MR BECKS dog is not FLUFF. Is PIP owned by BLOGGS??

i dont think it gives you enough information to find out everyone's name and dogs...this is the only thing i got that  you didn't

1.  Arty Bloggs owns Fido

but it does give you enough informattion to answer the question which is no...

Your table seems to match the information. I've tried it a couple of times with the last names and it seems that the statement that Pip is owned by someone whose name we haven't met before, is false. Simon Ren seems to fit as the owner.
