Gambhir came to cricket half decade back & was a good looking player where raina came 2 years back & he bcame a hero when he saved agame for India against england scoring 82*.Gambhir has done a lot for his team & has do have many centuries in ODIs to his credit.He has been succesful in tests but not very much.Raina has never played any tests for India though.In T20,Gambhir is the highest run scorer for ndia[highest 50s] & he has been a key in success of India in T20.Gambhir has played a crucial part & a very important part for India in every T20 games & hasa been  a great success in T20s & IPL./

    Overall,Yes,Gambir is better than raina but gambir is 26 where raina is 21.sSo raina has still lot to do for his team where gambhir also has,but not that much as raina.

    Till now,it has been gambir who is the best & in future,it will be raina.

  4. Hmmmmmmmm its a tough question to answer.. In resent past Gautam Gambir is easily one of the best opening batsmen in international cricket... But still Suresh Raina is not left far behind... He is also a good talent for india in the middle order for chennai super kings while gauti is been stunning at the top for India as well as Delhi dare devils... Both players will have an important role to play in the future for INDIA... This is what i think... But now at present gautam leads the way among many cricketers in the world...
