  2. It was probably the fifa and uefa chairmen...But it may also be television people....And they must have agreed with Fifa And Uefa.

    But really it was a good decision because 3pm on Saturdays..Is a good time and so is 7:45 in Midweek...Because They are both times that people can arrange to watch and stuff...Hope I helped A bit...Sorry If I didnt..

  4. I think the bigwigs just decided they would be the best times, 3pm on Saturday is a good time, you have your morning and you have your night and in between you have your match. As for the 7.45's.... Well 6pm isnt a suitable time considering its midweek, and 8.45 would be too late, and pretty much pointless.

  5. Its probably got something to do with the television compainies.

    Also, generally speaking, most people are off work at those times and therefore can look at it..
