i guess maradona..........messi still needs more time but i think that later on he can reach the levels of maradona...hopefully =]

maradonna is still the best, but he's kinda old. if you give messi a couple years and a bit more time, he has a great chance of being the best. they also both have different styles and skills of playing, so its hard to say. in my opinion, messi is new and fresh.

maradona has retired, and messi can still get better and better.

right now, of course maradona is still better. he's won many big tournaments and he's a legend! even those who don't like football know maradona.

messi is my #1 favorite, but honestly, from my personal experiences, not only those who don't like football, but also those who only like football a bit, many of them hasn't known messi. when i say my favorite is messi, they ask.. who is him?

if (hopefully not) messi retires now, i'm not sure at all people will remember him as a legend like maradona. people will only say, there was one good player called messi.. that's it.

but messi has all the potential to be better than maradona. so we'll see!
