Places like Austrailia, Israel, Tokyo, Japan, London, China, Berlin, Paris, Italy,

I don't see much diversity of people, even in the English Language. Is my Website watered down or What? I feel at times, like only a city of 500 is patrolling this site. Any ideas?

well thats a hard question and if any wanted privacy, they wouldn't be answering the question. other countries run on different servers, and Y Answers are probably not even part of them all- they'd have different ones per location
