  1. If you are excercising regulary and eating healthly i can't see where you are going wrong.

  2. Here's the possible causes of your problem:

    1. Your body feels fine at its current weight because you're not pushing it hard enough. A walk on the treadmill or doing some curls isn't enough of a workout to force your body into thinking it has to re-adapt its weight. Intense Cardio Interval training is great.

    2. Your body has become too used to your workouts so it has platued. You need to start switching things up.

    3. Your portions aren't being put together correctly. You're eating too little or eating too much. Protein is very important(in your case) for developing a strong midsection which will further your weightloss goals of losing the belly.

Also it takes time to lose weight. You can only really expect to realistically lose between 4-8 pounds a month while doing everything correctly.

  3. Drink so much water you don't feel full (lots and lots and lots, all day), and therefore you will eat less and lose weight.

  4. You probably have many fat cells so losing weight ain't going to be easy

  5. OK i am not a doctor but maybe becasue your so stressed out you arent loosing weight. see a doctor

  6. Lift weights. Women rarely do. And lift until you feel a deep burn after 10-12 reps. Increase the weight once you get use to lifting a certain amount so that you stick to 10-12 reps with a deep burn. do 20-30 min of cardio tops (seriously). Doing more only makes you loose water weight and shrinks the size of your muscles. You don't want that. You want to build the size of your muscles so that you burn fat all day, while in motion and at rest. You should eat healthy but don't do diets. If you don't eat enough, you're metabolism slows down. Stop counting calories for a while and just focus on eating healthy foods until you're almost full. Keep drinking water but dont over do it. Again, listen to your body and drink water to avoid feeling thirsty, but drink moderate amounts throughout the day.

  7. It is very important not to eat after 18.00. And what could be better, even

is not to drink. You can eat what ever you want before 18.00. except for

    bread, sweets, and fett.

And the most important thing is autotraining: just saying every day and imaging that you are slim, attractive and s**y! Believe me, it really works!

  8. Okay, continue you drink water and work out. It's great that your eating healthy and everything, but sadly you'll have to cut back a lot on your eating to lose weight. It's not a healthy thing to do, but that's the only way your going to lose the weight. Eat 1200 calories a day and make smart choices so you can eat a good size amount in your calorie range.

  9. eat half of what you normally eat and do more intense exercise

  10. Hm,

Seems like you still have you're sons baby-weight.

Unfortunatly it is extremly hard to get rid of.

You need to work intensly hard, and minimize you're calarie intake to about 1000-1200 calaries a day.

and 350 of those dailey calaries should be fruits and vegetables.

Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day (when you feel hungry goto water, thats usually filling and if still hungry have a snack)

Eat alot of lean meats, salads with not alot of dressing as a whole meal with chicken in it etc..

You should be working out for 45-60 minutes of hardcore cardio (swimming, walking, running, skipping, etc)

    light weight lifting (5-10pounds)

And some abdominal core work (situps, pushups, crunches, lunges etc.. you can do abdominal work at home during commericals while watching TV I do it all the time.

i do situps during one commercail, crunches during the next and etc.

Make sure to include a ton of fibre in you're diet espcially since its most of the baby weight.

    Goodluck,

    And I hope this helps!

  11. drinking too much water is bad for you. your water intake shpould be about 3 litres a day, and that includes water used for coffee, tea etc.any more than tis can cause kidney probs.

you may have a thyroid prob that you dont know about. have your blood tested for this at the doctors as its fairly common and an easy test to do.

  12. You should try this program. It really works for me. Totally awesome I highly recomend it .

  13. Eat less calories than you burn. you have to burn 3500 calories to lose 1 pound so you cant just lose a lot of weight in a short period of time.

have a more balanced nutrition. you cant avoid eat fatty foods all your life! BTW if you use an exercise machine that has how much calories you burned, its probally more than you actually burn. so dont rely on that!

  14. Check out a book called "Eating for your blood type".  You'll learn alot about what it takes to make your body work at peak efficiency.

You'll learn what it takes to lose weight and my guess would be the book will recommend carb restriction - ATKINS!

  15. geez..even i don't know the answer to that..i'll let you know as soon as i found out the secret in losing weight...hehe
