WHY CANT I SLEEP????HELP!!!!!?

Im tired but I just lay there and nothing happens. ...It drives me crazy!!!!

  3. There are lots of things that can cause problems with sleeping.

    Have you had any problems or changes in your routine lately?  If you have then they may be at the back of your mind and making it hard for you to switch off.  If you resolve any worries you have you may find your sleep improves.

    Try to avoid doing things that stimulate your mind when its near to bedtime, let yourself wind down and relax.  Try having a bath with lavender oil and candles.  Drinking less caffeine in the day may help.

    You could try buying some over the counter antihistamine based sleeping-aid tablets to help make you drowsy, but if the problem persists you can go to your dr.
