WHY DO I HAVE SNELLS IN MY TANK

WHY DO I HAVE CONE LIKE SNELLS STARTING GROW IN TANK ARE THEY HARMFUL TO TANK ENVIROMENT AND OTHER FISH-DISCUS,ANGEL,HARLEQUIN RASBORA,TETRA,TWO KINDS OF LOACHES

If you just bought plants the eggs are on them.  I like to have 1 to help clean the tank. They get over populated very fast. You can buy some drops if you get to many it is called "Had a snail."

OMG can anyone spell anymore?  Someone spelt 'algae' as 'allege' and now you have snells?

Sorry, now I have a more productive answer - loaches are generally known to eat 'snails' but please don't get rid of your apple/mystery snails they are harmless.  It sounds like you could be talking about the wee snails then yes they can overtake your tank not necessarily harm it.

Not at all!  You  may have bought a plant with snails on it without realizing it.

did you recently put any plants in your aquarium, because if you did then that plant had snail eggs on it. They arent harmful but they can easily over populate. they do have snail medications to kill of the snails but its also slighty harmful to your fish. i would suggest (if your tank isnt already fully stocked)  you should get a snail eating fish.

dude keep em they're really good for your tank they eat any harmful algae and fish waste, with them your tank will last id say 1 1/2 to 2X longer without having to be cleaned if you have snails. you got them when you bought a plant of a fish recently, the plant either had eggs on it, or when the store clerk was getting you a fish she may have scooped off one of the snails, and was pregnant, layed eggs and now you have a very helpful addition to your tank! keep them! : )
