WHY DO PEOPLE NOT LIKE THE 2010 CAMARO! (Who Wants 10 Points)

Question

Now I know nothing about cars, so basically I'm asking you to school me. Whats so bad about the 2010 Camaro? People have basically said these a trash or ok at best? I'm especially asking you old heads whos lived in the golden days of the 67' 68' and 69'. 2010 Doesn't seem to be lacking any power, etc. Whats so bad?

So who wants 10 points?

BTW how does these compare with a 2007 Shelby Mustang and other cars like the Dodge Challenger?

well where to start I'm a chevy guy to the core ive owned 23 cars and they have all been gm products,well first of all the delay of production started it it was supposed to b out this year, next the gages on the dash and the center console are retarded, there is nothing wrong with the design of the exterior except it should have the small duck tail spoiler on the rear and get rid of that g*y silver color i wouldn't even offer it in silver!! they also coulda done better with the wheels, theres no cup holders no astray no nothing i mean people like a nice clean looking car but when you spend 30-40k on a car you dint want to hold your drink in your lap or throw you cigarettes out the window!! i mean cmon the pontiac solstice is the same way no cup holder no nothing!!and if chevy really wants to revive the old days they should offer a selection of motors 305,327,350,396,400,427,454 like the old days well thats about it and ill tell ya it was hard for me to say all these bad things about the camaro so i think i should get the 10 points...

it's not the fact that the new '10 camaros suck, it's just personal preference of whether or not you like old technology or newer technology. we all know as time goes by, newer cars get better because they're inducted with newer technology as far as from the motor to the interior to the exterior goes. now most of the muscle car enthusiasts probably think this new camaro is really soft because it's been babied by chevy to have all luxury items such as gps, leather seats, ac, etc. the motor may be a lot better than what it use to be back then. once again like i said it's all about what you prefer if you wanna become a muscle car fanatic then you gotta roll with the 69's and stuff cuz this new baby stuff isn't gonna cut it. however if you don't really car and just like new technology then welcome to the new world have it.

I believe the new Caaero is awesome. The bottom line is we have to wait to see what they look like on the street. In regards to the mustang I can't stand them due to the fact that they are ford products. Unfortunately I have such a hatred for mustangs I can't give an unbiased answer. I do know the mustangs have a solid track record though. The new camaro had a layout in popular mechanics earlier this year and it did get good reviews.It is a pretty bitchin ride.

I dont' know whom you have been talking to but the only ones that might say that are old bitter man who did not get their wish of the retro style just like the challenger did. Sure the Challenger is awsome but given the circumstances only old man could afford them and they are not buying them because though they like them no money to buy them. Young people like the challenger as well but due to the lack of supply are going to buy something else or have already. Thats where the camaro comes into play is a sleek car that  believe it or not is liked both by women and man and that will result in a good response at there should be no lack of product since it has not been labeled like the challenger was a srtperformance machine. Wich is good in the sence that everyone who can afford a basic one will get one, and produce their own high performance versions. Shelby that is another story and is not in comparison here as is a vehicle out of the reach of most consumers just like the challenger. In short old likes retro look in names they associate with so they bash whatever looks good and new.

if they dont like them --maybe they're commies....? the new camaros are bitchen !! they're even talking about tossing the new LS9 in them.. what could be wrong with gobbs of power and great looking car?  chrysler brought the hemi back, ford is doing their thing with h series mustangs--so what if chevys doing it to... everyone has their opinion i guess... and if i want it , i'll tell them what it is !!    or scrape it off their lip...!  ahha!!   can you tell im a chevy fan..?   dont wanna let the kitty out of the burlap.... as far as the comparison of these ars --its like i was in the 60's and 70's one company trying to top the other.. the cars are about the same caliber as the were before , just alot more technicaly advanced!   it a choice of what you'de rather have .. nothing really changed when you think about it..
