WHY DO Prof ATHLETES TEAM HOP?

MOST ATHLETES IN THE MLB, NBA AND NFL CHANGE TEAMS EVERY TIME THEIR CONTRACT EXPIRES. WHY?

they want as much money as possible.

b-cuz they get offered  more money from a different team or get tired of the team they have/dont like the coaches and training staff and want a new perspective.or the team might not want the player so they dont resign them,so they go to a different team
