  1. We have dreams for the same reasons we have thoughts. they are the same thing, except "dreams" are when we sleep, and "thoughts" are when we are awake. Otherwise, they are the same, with the same purposes.

Among the purposes: to give personal meanings to things that happen to us, and to solve our problems. That's what our mind is for, to solve our problems, and thoughts are the way the mind does that job.

  2. Dreams are an ancient way of ours to "relive" and "rethink" what we're experiencing during the days, as well as a tool that gives us what we want and cannot get in real life.

Dreams can be influenced by stimulation from the outside (for example the noise of an alarm clock), or by simulations within us (for example, pains that we're going through).

You can look at dreams as films you create by yourself, within which you're the director, scriptwriter, and main actor.

Like the best of films, dreams entertain you and give you a useful insight to your life.

  4. The measurement of brain waves have shown through research that sleep

is not all the same.  A night sleep seems to have a series of regular

cycles.  One of these stages is called "Dream Sleep" or "Rapid Eye

Movement" sleep because your eyes move rapidly behind your eyelids

during this phase.  It is thus labeled REM sleep.  REM sleep is not

really light sleep or deep sleep, but is characterized by faster

breathing and heart rate than other stages of sleep.  The brain has

increased blood flow and uses more oxygen during REM sleep.  This may

explain why people awaken during REM sleep often have vivid memories

of dreams.  The first REM period occurs about 1-2 hours after falling

asleep and is the longest of the 4-5 REM periods in a normal night's

sleep.  They occur once every 90 minutes or so.

The key aspect to address your question is that the brain is very active

during REM sleep and may explain the dream phenomenon.

  5. some people believe that our dreams mean something but we just dream to express thought

  6. Psychologists would describe this process as your brain working out all the events of the day, and juggling it with memories and past experiences, bringing a dream to your sleep time experience.  That is all definitely true, as it is simply a detailed description of what is happening.  Psychologists, however, haven't yet realized that the information catalyst for dreams and the resulting personal growth lies within the quantum field itself.  This is the "information" that quantum physicists talk about when they speak of dark energy.

Dreams result from the sharing of the memories in your brain with the information in the quantum field, which interacts with the electrical activity already taking place in the brain.  Since your perception of the world is based on memories, and since memories also hold negative understanding, this results in a skewed perception of what reality is really like.  The quantum field information is working to synchronize your brain with its information so you can see reality as it really is, and not as you are remembering it to be.

There's more to it beyond that, of course, but getting people's brains polarized into the quantum field is the first step.  Beyond that, perceptions align themselves and snap into proper positions on their own in a kind of snowball effect.  In other words, as more and more of your perception becomes repolarized into the quantum field, you will find further and larger perceptual adjustments easier to handle, and more fun.  This also gets you to where you're more in control of your emotions.  Somebody can say something that might sound hurtful now, but when you've been "fixed" by the quantum field, those same words no longer hurt.  You're not numb.  They just don't affect you anymore because you're stronger, and your memories and experiences of hurts from the past have been resolved during this quantum field information exchange in your dreams and daily life.

Do you need evidence around you?  Here's an example of the quantum field at work.  Have you ever been listening to a CD in your car you've heard a hundred times before, you know it by heart, and there's nothing on there you've never heard before?  One day, you happen to be driving along in a sort of reverie, your mind wandering, and suddenly your favorite CD sounds totally different.  You know you've got your favorite CD in, and yet you're hearing music that you know is not supposed to be there, and more amazing than that, is that this music seems to respond to your thoughts and mood, adjusting itself as you do.  And to boot, it sounds ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!  It's like you're really part of the music and it's magical.  Had that happen?  Most people I've talked to have.  They just never thought to talk about it.  But THIS is quantum field interaction with your brain.  The quantum field knows your brain, your mood, and everything about you, and it knows EXACTLY what you like.  Hence, the music responds to your thoughts.

Why doesn't it happen all the time?  The quantum field is intelligent.  Physicists know this.  It's teasing us, plain and simple.  Once our brains are totally "reformatted" to the quantum information field, the music we listen to will respond to our moods and thoughts all the time, except on occasion when we least expect it.

You're already entangled in the quantum field.  You continue to discover it through experience, and being aware of what I've said here.  The reality of it is, that the magic of Harry Potter is actually real. It's in the quantum field, and once we're polarized, reality will become a 100% lucid reality in which dream-like scenarios are real, and everyone is fully aware of what's going on.  In effect, it's immortality through the quantum field.

  7. We have dreams as just another of so many ways of being able to understand who we really are and what our spirit wants for us - so we can be healed, whole individuals.

When we sleep, our unconscious self, or our spirit, is set free. So sometimes what you think is a dream is actually you, the real inner you, off on some adventure on another realm.

That realm could be of an episode of your life from the past, like childhood, to heal or resolve an issue that's still affecting you now, that's why sometimes in your dreams you're a child again - you're spirit is accessing that memory or time in your life.

The key is to pay attention to your dreams. Ask the universe for assistance to help you do this before you sleep. And keep a dream book and with time they will all make sense.
