WHY DO WE LIVE?????????????

Why do we live??? Is this our first Life??????

Ahhh, the purpose of life.  Well, from my religious stand point ....

We we created out of boredom.  There is no reason given in the Voluspa as to why Odin, Lothur and Hoenir created us.  Basically they were walking down the beach, saw some drift wood, and through magic created humans and gave us senses, warmth, blooming hue, and of course, breath, our spirit.

So ... now what.  Well, i personally believe it is to experience everything you can.  EVERYTHING, good and bad.  Joy, pain, love, hate, pleasure, anguish, physical pleasures and pains, emotional pleasures and pains, Try every type of food as long as you know it wont make you vomit ;-)  h**l, I've eaten smoked and salted honey bee larvae.

As for if this is our first life, I do believe in a partial form of reincarnation, however whether this is your first or not, no one can know.  Don't worry about it though if you have ever come before, just concentrate on your life NOW.  Don't worry about past lives, and as for your life hereafter, Well, just make sure you live a good honorable life.  Be nice to other people, keep your word, rely on only yourself, do not be a pest, do not beg for something you do not need, don't lie.

God's original purpose was for humans to live forever on earth, but the first humans sinned. So God had to change his plan but not his purpose. He had Jesus his son die for the sin that was committed at the beginning of time and along with that he instituted a kingdom that will restore the earth to paradise so that mankind can enjoy living on earth forever. Ones earth is restored to paradise God will resurrect all the dead ones back to earth.

Why do monkeys live, why do dogs live, why does any animal live?  We're born, we live, we die.  It's up to you to decide why you live.  Each person has to find their own path, make their own choices, and live their own life.  For some there isn't some spiritually significant reason to why we live for others there is, but in the end, we just do.
