Can anyone explain to me why women cheat

most cheating right or not stems from the wife not feeling loved, or respected.some of it is caused by lack of self control.husbands also cheat just as much as wives.

Well, some cheat because there husbands were unfaithful, and although they love there husband, they are looking for someone to fill that void! Men alot of times cause there wife heartache and pain, and she looks for love and affection elsewhere! Not saying it's  right, but just answering the big question!

Same reason husbands do. Some people become so comfortable in the marriage, and they feel like there is never anything new or exciting going to ever happen again, then another guy/girl gives them attention and they slowly start to like it. Starts out as nothing at first and then before they know it they are cheating, because its a thrill a new thing, etc. Its wrong and sad, but some people don't realize what they had until its gone.

if anlyse 95 % of the cheating wife makes a relationship with their ex boy friend ( bf before marrage ) if exbf contact her or she gat connected with a exbf then only the chances of cheating arises..irrespective of they love there hubby also.. if no contact with exbf they remain loyal to their hubby .it my thinking

It's not just women, but either way, people can get bored, or start getting attention from someone else that they don't get from their spouse and they like it.

Every woman has her own reason - just like every man does. It's easy to blame the spouse - not enough attention, something missing at home, etc. but the fault really lies with the cheater. If the relationship is that bad, then they should leave, divorce, before looking for another partner...if this were a perfect world. But it's not and people aren't perfect. But wouldn't it be a better place if we all just tried a little more to make it all work??

the reason why is never clear it may come from the lack of attention they feel they are missing or as said above the same reason why men cheat,

personally i think it comes from the basic animal in all of us which means , in the animal kingdom certain genus are simply not monogamous for the purpose of procreation are we one of those??? who knows.

i think that the most likely reason is that the feel like they are missing something in their lives (i.e. attention, affections) and that for whatever reason they feel like they can get it by going outside a marriage/relationship to get it...sometimes it is the husband's fault and sometimes not, im assuming that you asked this question because your wife cheated, so here is some advice for you, try to talk to her and find out what exactly it was that she was missing, try to make her feel as comfortable and open about it as possible, and if she still can't come up with a reason, then you will know that it is not your fault...even if she does come up with a reason, it may not be your fault, but if you want to work it out with her, listen to what she has to say, and if there is something you can do about it and reconcile your marriage, then do it...God bless

I think that people cheat for any number of reasons but with women I think it quite often comes down to feeling under appreciated by their husband.  Then they meet this other person who wants to do everything for them and take care of them and can't believe their hubby doesn't appreciate all the work they do.....at least that is why my girlfriend wound up cheating.  She was right, her hubby just didn't get it, but that doesn't excuse her cheating either.

Wives cheat for various reasons but many of them are not justifiable. The most current ones are emotional. Once the wife views her husband as a loser, she is a candidate for cheating. A woman needs to feel proud of her husband. Financial hardships cause stress. Some men fail to keep up with their wife in the intellect level. There again, the gap in social network may bring the wife to cheat. The worse, non acceptable one is when the cheating is based on intimacy. The person that one is truly in love with will always satisfy the other party sexually speaking. A complaining woman whose s*x is the base is looking for ways to cheat on her husband. To end, some and specially the younger group tends the follow the crowd saying: everybody is doing it!

Men DO NOT cheat for the same reason as women. Men are mostly adventurous and will jump on a given occasion.

Because they can get any man at any time, because we are easy, so it is an ego trip for them, no different then for a man, we take what we can. But if you are a cheater, you shouldn't be married, you can love your mate, if you cheat on them.
