WHY DOES MY EYE LID/LASH TWITCH?

For the past week my eye lid, just where the eye lash sits, has been twitching constantly (right eye only, like a twitching nerve). I have started to exercise, but this has never happened before when i have been doing physical activity. Could it be some sort of an imbalance? because it is driving me crazy.

it probably has nothing to do with the exercise, it can be caused by lack of sleep, lack of magnesium or stress. try taking some magnesium tablets regularly, that could help.

i hate when my eye twitches, it really does drive you crazy haha! good luck!

I have the same problem. The usual cause is lack of sleep. I've had the problem for the last few weeks since coming back from holiday. I was staying up all night and partying, then flew back home and was back at work within a couple of days.
