I'm in late 30s & on a heavier side ,indian, on medication for hypertension for decade..Endowed with fairly AVERAGE organ ( No partner has complained yet for size).I don't experience o****m during intercourse inspite maintainimg my hardness for 30-40 mins(pill helps) during which my partner reaches hers o****m 2-3 times ,maybe i give my partner very good stimulation orally / by hands.I 've to self- stimulate to ejaculate.This has happened with different partners. Never expienced o****m during intercourse.ADVICE?

Are you circumcised?   I had the same problem due to more than the usual nerve damage from circumcision.

Well it takes my boyfriend between 45 minutes and 1 hour to o****m. Having some oral stimulation usually helps, but some people just need to be stimulated for longer periods of time.
