I HAVE A 1996 CADILLAC DEVILLE THAT BLEW THE HEAD GASKET. I TOOK THE HEADS OFF AND HAD THEM CHECKED THEY WERE PERFECT SO I CHANGED THE HEAD GASKET AND PUT THE HEADS BACK ON WITH NO PROBLEM. MY FANS, WATER PUM , THERMOSTAT AND RADIATOR ARE ALL FINE. AND THERE'S NO LEAK . THE CHECK COOLNAT , THE CHECK COOLANT TEMPATURE, SERVICE ENGINE SOON AND THE CHECK THE OIL LEVEL LIGHT STAYS ON . IF ANY BODY KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT NORTH STAR ENGINE A LITTLE HELP WOULD DO ME WONDERS! THANX

  1. hard one to diagnois without looking at and seeing the car,but it could be as simple as trapped air in the system.since the engine is setting higher than the rad you might try bleeding at some point on the engine
