WHY are Dems trying to raise gasoline tax by 10 cents as reported on the local news in DC this morning?

Because the democrats want us on our knees, How many times do I have to tell you folks this? Al Gore has ask for 8 bucks a gallon gas, the democrats are going to try and give him what he wants. And they're not talking quietly either, I heard this several times on the news yesterday. Call your congressmen and senators today and tell them how you feel about it.

Because they want the American people to suffer so that we turn to them for salvation. They don't really care about the people. All they want is power over us.

Why are they blocking new domestic oil development and exploration? Same reasons. We're sitting on oil reserves bound in oil shale more massive than those in Saudi Arabia and the idiot Democrats keep voting to block its development.
