Question:

WHY did Denny have to win...and what was that?

OK, I hear Lagano's post race interview and am TRULY BLOWN AWAY at the maturity of this guy! I heard it before the race, but I told myself "Wait til Post Race - that will show the true maturity!" And I wasn't disappointed!

Then, DENNY WINS - WHY?? His win allows him to get an even bigger head...is that possible? He better be careful - it won't fit in that helmut! Heck, he will have a hard time getting in the darn car with that big head!

And then...go from the intense maturity that is so fresh, and we hear the beyond immature Denny say "I said he would be in the top 7, and he proved me right yet again!"

Now seriously...was that necessary?? Did he really feel it necessary to make it ALL ABOUT HIM? I really hope I am not the only one who felt that was out of line!

  1. shut up

    what is a corundog

    did you mean corndog

  2. First of all, the guys name is LOGANO.

Second, I think your hatred or envy towards Denny has you overreacting just a tad.

    Jason F

The one thing that all JGR fans have in common is that they they want there driver to finish first.

Just having a "good points day" or "a really good run today"  may be good enough at HMS, or RCR but at teams like JGR, and I dare to say even at Rousch, the number 1 priority is to win.  If you don't win then go back to the shop and try to find something you can do to win.  If you're okay finishing somewhere other than first, then move over because they'll find someone else who will not settle for anything other than first.

  3. jason, i agree with you on the logano interview thing.  being disappointed with a sixth place - h**l yeah!!!  he will fit in beautifully at jgr!!!   and i love it.

i have to disagree on the "as long as it wasn't busch" but that's required, donchaknow... ;-)

and to denny, well congrats.  he took the car that kyle's won in twice and ran it well.  it's just too bad leffler had to slip at JUST the wrong time or it would have been a good battle.

    c'est la vie.

  4. He won cause he's good...and because Kyle got taken out. Otherwise it would have been a 1-2 finish.

  5. I agree that I hated seeing Denny Hamlin win, but at least it wasn't Busch.

    As for Joey Logano....

I was extremely impressed with his driving and with him in general, UNTIL his post-race interview. That little quote of his about being disappointed with a sixth-place finish was sad in my opinion. It tells me that he is VERY full of himself. How the %#@$ can you be disappointed with a top-10 IN YOUR FIRST RACE??? Looks like Joe Gibbs Racing was a perfect fit for him after all....

....To the guy directly below me:

First, it's LOGANO, L-O-G-A-N-O - not Logonzo. Get it right!

Second, how many times are you going to copy and paste the EXACT SAME ANSWER??? What's the matter? Not bright enough to come up with anything original?

  6. yeah I know I can't stand Denny Hamlin blah he is gross

  7. For your info I am very glad Denny won. He raced hard and deserved to win. Why are you so angry? The second best car won?! Denny did not even do anything this week. Give the guy a break. If it was you favorite driver that acted like Denny you would probably blow it off and not care. As for Joey he did a great job. He took care(Mostly)of his stuff, raced smart and brought home a top 10 finish!

  8. I figured out why Jr. NATION constantly bashes other drivers........BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOTHING TO CHEER FOR!! The drivers they like all SUCK...enjoy trash talking Kyle and everyone else because it will only be 1 more day before you eat your words
