WHY do hawthorn keep changing their players so many times through the game????????

yes, i understand they need a break but they're supposed to be fit enough to last the whole game! And was crawford in ruck last game against the roos? i didnt get a chance to find out. GO HAWKS!

  1. That's just the way AFL football is these days, it keeps the players fresher, so they can perform at a higher level.  Watch the Eagles sometime, last year's premiers.  They do heaps of midfield changes, even Chris Judd spends 10-15 minutes off the ground during the game.

    Actually it is the same strategy that won the lions their last premiership.

    Yes the hawks are young and fit enough to sustain the intensity of the game, but keeping them fresh and un fatigued is the key to the whole ploy here keep that in mind,

    so far so good and lookign forward to seeing my hawks in the 8
