WHY do the chain restaurants never have blue cheese dressing?

Question

No! I don't want your gorgonzola (Johnny Carino's, Macaroni Grille or Olive garden)! No! I don't want ranch (at any other chain restaurant that's not Italian)!

The only place that has blue cheese is Fridays! so I go there every other week lol!

To all the other blue cheese lovers out there, I am sorry for your plight.

If you go to a place that you know does not have bleu cheese dressing, you should take your own with you.  Seriously, it was a craze a couple years back where people would take a bottle of their own salad dressing with them to restaurants that did not have what they wanted.

because the masses are gross and unenlightened to the wonder that is blue cheese and would rather drink ranch dressing by the gallon.

Because it taste horrible and they don't want to waste money on something only a select few would want. Majority rules.

I agree ! I bring my own bottle of bleu cheese dressing when I go someplace I know I'm going to be ordering a salad. Its even worse here in the south... they only serve Ranch most places.

denny's

fuddruckers

and of course fridays has great condiments..  especially the blue cheese dressing, buffalo sauce and jack daniels sauce
