WHY is he looking all the time...?

There is this guy and we are good mates but then he said he liked me but i had a BF at the time so we stayed friends and then i broke up with my BF

A year on i got feelings for him but he has a GF he knows i like him and we are staying mates and stuff but when we meet up in our group of mates he always stares at me.

Does that mean he's interested in me still?
