Ok I take a multi Vitamin I get to bed before midnight,and about 2 hrs after I am up I am tired.Been to the Doctors enough times she has 1 word depression.We do not have any Doctors were I live so it not like I can easily get a new family Doctor.We do have clinics and the first thing that they say is DEPRESSION!! I am not the only as many see there Doctors and are told the same thing Depression.To humour my Doctor I went on a anti depressant and OMG I slept even more than not to be on them!!I would like to add that I joined a Gym a while back and I do not over do it.So what can one do?So what does one do to find the real cause of being so tired?
