Ok I take a multi Vitamin I get to bed before midnight, and about 2 hrs after I am up I am tired.

Been to the Doctors enough times she has 1 word depression. We do not have any Doctors were I live so it not like I can easily get a new family Doctor. We do have clinics and the first thing that they say is DEPRESSION!! I am not the only as many see there Doctors and are told the same thing Depression.

To humour my Doctor I went on a anti depressant and OMG I slept even more than not to be on them!!

I would like to add that I joined a Gym a while back and I do not over do it.

So what can one do?

So what does one do to find the real cause of being so tired?

  1. Maybe you've got anaemia, which is a deficiency disease. You get anaemia when you don't have enough iron in your body. This means that your body isn't getting enough oxygen, as your blood can't transport it, because of the lack of iron.

    Anaemia causes fatigue.

    So.... take more iron.

Apart from that, I don't really know.

  2. You can try taking a blood test for an infection (forgot the name) which is supposed to make you tired all the time. If you end up negative, try a psychologist. But then again, people over diagnose depression a lot, and you mighht need to research some things and include that next time you meet a doctor so that they won't say depression again, unless you feel like cutting yourself or suicide.

  3. You could me suffering from a specific type of anemia, such as a lack of iron in the blood. You would need to take a different kind of vitamin supplement, that has iron in it. Or take an iron-tonic, or eat lots of iron rich foods such as liver, green veggies like broccoli and spinach, fruits like apricots are also high in iron. However if you truly are depressive, you would need to get prayer to be healed, as most medications for depression have unpleasant side-effects. Prayer works wonders, it has for many people I know, better than meds!
