You need to give more information. It could be a range of problems.

Try going into Safe Mode by rapidly pressing F8 before the Windows Loading bar after the computer restarts. Then select safe mode or safe mode with networking. If that restarts, then you may need to format the PC or ask a PC expert to do it for you.

well if you can still scan for anti virus scan it and try using Advance window care V2 google it its free download if problem still exist reformat computer but if problem still exist you really need to bring it to a technician to scan the problem out it could be one of your hardware.
