was this the plan when they got georgia to attack russian troops?? and why??

we need to finally wipe russia off the map and set up a democracy there, we dont need a catalyst for WW3 and we dont need another cold war

russia has been our enemies since day one- we were only allies at one time because our interests for a time being was aligned- but after WW2 they showed there true colors and the cold war started
