  1. How about a Pool / 8-Ball Xmas Party?  Hire out a venue with heaps of 8-ball tables, a jukebox, bar, catering and watch all your colleagues and bosses have a fab time playing 8-ball over a few chrissy drinks and great food!  Keep everyone moving and grooving and helps with controlling the alcohol consumption!

  2. If you are meaning theme/fancy dress, then I can suggest the following. Last year my work did Pink, Punk or Posh which was good cos it gives a nice wide range of choice and is easy to do on the cheap if need be. Year before that was Time-Warp and each department was allocated a different decade. Maybe you could do cross culture/ cross dress (a Choice) Either come as someone of the opposite s*x or someone from a different culture. I am acutely aware that Christmas is already creeping up again!

  3. The best idea for a staff Christmas Party is,bonus bonus and great food! Nobody likes to go to a staff Christmas Party and not receive the bonus, for the year of hard work they put into running the company. Oh,at the party make sure that you serve non-alcoholic beverages, because some people don't drink alcohol...most important have fun and relax...good day

  4. ask me in dec.

  5. Mystery Santa present exchange. Good finger-food and wine. Lots of door gifts. Mystery prizes. Lucky draw...how big is this company??? Music/Karaoke..hahahah. Make sure to invite that wierd uncle. Oh, a good one is too have a hot, muscular male or female to dress up as Santa and give out the presents.

  6. It totally depends on your budget, but hiring out Dreamworld for the evening is one great choice. Or renting limo's and going to Dracula's on the Gold Coast. Many locals have never been there, and it's great for groups, meals are good, and it's quite a unique evening. Also having someone else drive, means that everyone can relax and have a good time...even non-drinkers!

A trivia night can be alot of fun, but needs someone to organise things..function room, catering etc...if your workplace has different departments, then each department comes dressed "in theme"..I have seen one of these nights, and it was hilarious!

  7. Anything involving alcohol!!!

No maybe a cruise, pub crawl, fancy dress, dinner at a theatre restaurant etc etc etc - my personal preference would be a cruise on the water with food and alcohol provided.

    Have a good one.
