Question:

WHat do I do when Im at home and cant smoke when Im craving a cigarette!?

Ive been smoking for around a year now, and right now Im staying at home, I go back to school soon, but Ive been having bad cravings to smoke and I usually cant smoke til the next day when my younger sisters arent home (I dont want them to find out) home, what can I do!?

  1. eat chili candies... drink  a lot of water or quit.. its all in the mind...


  2. Why don't you want them to find out? Don't be ashamed of who you are. Go ahead and smoke. If they don't like it, oh well. If it's not that, they'll find something else to dislike that you do. Just go for it. Be you.  

  3. Tell your parents or who ever that you are going for a walk or go walk your dog and sit in a quiet alley and smoke. Im 16 and i smoke my cigarette when I am walking through an alley.Hope this helped. Enjoy your smoke.

  4. Get a nicotine patch, or some gum, and start trying to quit. No time like the present to stop killing yourself.

  5. Commit nicotine lozenges (better than the patch and gum, all by the same company). Taste awful the first day, but it goes away. In fact, they're a good way to quit cigarettes entirely.

  6. I hate to say this and sound preachy, but try reading some literature about lung cancer and just quit altogether.  I used to smoke.  I found this was the only thing that helped and I'm so glad I quit.  Eventually the cravings will go away and cravings never killed anyone anyway.  Smoking has however.  It's also costly.  So you're spending a lot of money to harm your health.  Sounds pretty backwards.  Please don't take any offense.  I mean well with this advice.  good luck.  

  7. well, all I gotta say is to stop smoking, chew some of those nicotine gum stuff... smoking is unhealthy, and well, i used to smoke before, but i quit because it really isnt that great.  i smoked for about 4 years, and i havnt had one in about a year.  

    It isnt good to hide smoking because you will eventually get caught...

    good luck with everything though.

  8. Just don't smoke.

    If it becomes unbearable, get a patch or some gum.
