This varies from Casino to Casino. They can play a fixed amount per pot, or a percentage between 5 - 10 %. They can also use a system where each player pays an ante instead of the winners pot. The commission varies judging on what the table limit is. The lower the limit the higher the %

In Foxwoods No Limit Games make you pay time for example in 1-2 No Limit Holdem they take $5 per player per half hour.

In a Limit Game they take $1 to $4 per pot.  For example in a 2-4 Limit Holdem Game they take $1 on flop an additional $1 on $20 pot then an addtional $1 at $30 pot and $40+ it is capped at $4.  

It varies from casino to casino, but like the other answer it is near 10%.
