i downloaded this site

and now ever mintue it says recorded started

(which scarys me and i doesnt have a way of delecting what should i do?????

Go to your web browser.  Under internet options -  click delete temporary history.  Make sure it is the one that says web pages visited.

restart the computer and do a virus check. It might be a virus.

Try doing a system restore. If you're using windows its:

Start--> all programs --> accessories --> system tools --> system restore

create a restore point... chose a date before this incident took place

also try:

start--> control panel--> add/remove programs and if there's something on that list that you accidentally downloaded then just remove it
