WHat is a really good excuse for skipping school??

What can i say to my teachers when they ask where i was yest?....a good excuse not like "i was attacked by a dog" or anything stupid....oh n if you are going to be all" you shouldnt skip skool" then dont comment at all!!! thanks guys!!

Why would you even need an excuse? You shouldn't insult people who think skipping school is bad for you. I'm not saying anything but when you end up working at McDonald's or whatever, don't say that it wasn't you fault.

say you were feeling ill and you couldnt tell your mother that becuz she wouldnt let u stay home, or say you thought that a click of girls were gonna jump u.

I liked that girl's idea that you fainted.   Remember that details sell your story.  Mention that you fainted and your fall was broken by (make something up), and you dropped all your books  and broke your mom's favorite tiffany lamp or something and stepped on your dog's foot and it screamed in pain and you think it's foot might have been broken and it turned around and bit your ankle while you were passed out.  If you load them up with details that are plausible but ... an overload...  they will say "OK OK shut up already, You are excused !!"  LOL

Remember, when a person faints, they fall Forward, not Backwards.

I agree about working at McDonald's. Unless you see a future there then DON'T SKIP SCHOOL. Excuses are for LAZY people with no future.

Hehe well where were you really lol? Im not going to give you a hard time about it I did it once in a while.

Some that I used were:

1."Period" - Always works on the male teachers lol

2."Doctors" - Need to forge a note though

3."Dentist" - Same applied

4."Fainted" - Had to go home also gets a friend out of skipping school too because 'obviously' they had to take you home making sure you were alright :)

5."Family matter/Personal issue" - You dont feel comfortable enough discussing if needs be (And by that I dont mean make up something that will get your family in trouble I mean a minor argument or like I said a private matter)

Those five usually work fine.

Oh and if at a push you need others go with :

6. Open Days - You wanted info on a certain course or something

7. Job Interview - Keeping your options open

I was going to list more but I want you to pass your exams so you should turn up at least half of the time hehe. Hope this helps.

Oh and before you all start flaming me,she is old enough to be making her own decisions. If she needed to skip school for whatever reason let her do it. Can anyone say they haven't skipped school before for one reason or another? Cast the first stone hmm!?

A death in the family is always good. Don't have to say who (I feel like it's bad karma to say someone died) Unless you use someone who is already dead. Either way, they really can't question that!

Use the old Jeff Foxworthy excuse, "I had explosive diarrhea." It is so Gross, they won't ask questions.
