well once i had some health obsessed hippie teacher(he is way crazy)   and he said that there is like fake sugar but it was healthy 4 u it tasted pretty good he put in like everything he always carried it with him      he also was hitting on my mom(he was crazy and perverted) so i think it is that fake sugar stuff   it was clear  sticky liquid

That would be the sucrose syrup, citric acid, and natural flavors that are added into in...The sweet flavor comes mostly from the sucrose syrup though, which is a natural table sugar in a liquid solution with water.
