WHat is the first place to try to attempt a first back tuck.

I heard it waz on off a elevatted bed but i don't knw. I am teaching myself at home and have 3 spotter two on the side and one in the back and all have been through gymnastics training.

The best place to begin is on a trampoline.  If you have coaches/spotters helping you, have them teach you the technique so you know what to do with your body.  It isn't as easy as it looks, so it may take some time to get it yourself. Good luck!
