We are thinking of honeymooning in Sept. We already know its hurricane season, and we know there is an average of 21 days of rainfall in Sept. BUT is that a little rain shower? Or all day, ruin your beach-day rain? Is it so much rain that we should look elsewhere to honeymoon??

Any info anyone can give us would be great!!!

  1. I live there. Its not rain forest weather. and hurricane predictions can be off. last year we were supposed to get hammered and i think only one passed by. the bahamas is a great place to go but if youre going anywhere in he caribbean during september its going to be warm and wet-its the latitude. but its liquid sunshine :)

  2. I would not honeymoon in the Bahamas in September. Even if you don't get a hurricane, the odds are against you to have washout days.

The forcast for hurricanes this year are scary. A big one for  Eastern USA. Stay out of the way.

Honestly, go some where else. Aruba is lovely. It's out of the hurricane belt.

Check out Bucuti Beach Resort. Intimate and romantic for a honeymoon.

    Good Luck and congrats)
