Any signs of irration such as itching, redness, and perhaps swelling of the genitals.

red, itchy patches, or the whole thing is red and itchy, If you are trying to determine if it is in fact an allergic reaction and not an std, take some benadryl and if it doest clear up within 24 hours, its not an allergic reaction!
