WHat percentage of applicant are actually hired at disneyland?

I know it differs by each job, but in general is it pretty tough to get hired there?

Really, man you're lucky.. I'm pretty down that I didn't get hired myself.  I never get those personality test :(.

According to reports I've read, right now the resort is hiring like crazy, including people they normally wouldn't (who are later let go). As long as you meet minimal criteria, such as no visible tatoos, you're in. Unfortunately, Disney is not keeping pace with wages in Southern California and folks can earn more starting at Home Depot or InNOut Burger than at Disneyland - that's one of the reasons they have so many openings.

I would say about 35% gets in.  Then, 40% are let go during the probation period.  Good luck!
