WHat programs can you sign up for for families whose homes are in disrepair and they cannot do anything?

habitat for humanity does a yearly benefit to families who sign up for it and are chosen based on hh size and need....you might also want to try local builders and churches.

Please check with your local social service agency for any programs, or try United Way, they maintain a list of charities that help people in certain situations.  Also, you can contact local churches to see if they have anyone willing to help you.
