This evening, on toast. I usually keep two types in my fridge at all times. The first is regular black sturgeon caviar (place a small amount on a dollop of creme-fraiche sitting on top of marinara pasta for a real treat). The second is a Swedish smoked and creamed roe which tastes great on crackers.

I'm hungry now.
