It's not a cross stitch pattern, but I found a Pikachu chart here http://www.breienmetplezier.nl/Breipatro... (about half-way down the page) and another one here http://www.knittingonthenet.com/patterns... . I think they're both designed for knitting, so the boxes aren't exactly square, but it should be close enough.
