Kobe.  Stat wise you can say Wade or Lebron, but Kobe is the emotional and spiritual leader of that team.  Lebron and Wade look up to kObe as does the rest of the team.  They all are playing suffocating defense because kobe sets the standard and his presence is MJ like.  YOu just wann win for him.

Kobe?? You got to be kidding me. Coach K says LeBron is the leader of the team. His voice is heard. I think LeBron is the most important person on that team because he makes the team better. LeBron also plays a great overall game. But the most efficient player has to be Dwyane Wade. He averages a point a minute.

Not to mention LeBron leads the team in minutes played. He sets a good example for everyone.
