WHy do pepole bash me cause I'm agnostic?

The title explains it all I'm in high and I'm agnostic why do pepole act like I'm a freak? What does it matter?

If you're an agnostic in the tradition of Humes I can respect you. If you seriously give credence to the idea that Christianity, Islam, Judaism, and Hinduism might be correct despite their incompatibility with science and vast internal contradictions you open yourself up to criticism.

It's like when people dislike Canada. They can't hate them because they are on their enemies side, but they can't like them because they're not on their side. So, they hate them because they're just there minding their own business. Or, they just think you're incorrect.

People think agnostics are 'on the fence', they just 'can't make a decision'. If you decide to become an atheist, well, you'll still be bashed, but for different reasons. ;)

Are you sure the reason people treat you like a freak is because you are agnostic?  It could be because you are a jerk or a freak and you would be treated as such no matter what you believed or didn't believe in.

I don't think religion matters to me. I have one Atheist friend two Christian Friends, one Satanist friend, one Jewish friend,and three friends who don't pay any attention to religion.
