  1. They took a £20 fine from a 13 year old school girl on one train I was travelling on some time ago. These politicians are crooks, plain and simple.

  2. Because Tony Blair was Prime Minister, therefore he is a higher being than the rest of us mere mortals :)

  3. It just proves that it`s what you are not who you are

  4. It's a case of 'Do as I say' not what I do!!

  5. its not a matter of what you know any more but who you know, you could pretend to be his brother see if that gets you anywhere

  6. cause he is "famous" well sort of. That's just a sign that our society is goin directly to the crapper.

  7. Sorry, you did not have a body guard, and had to pay a ticket.  I think the cost of a ticket is less then the body guard, so you are ahead of the game in the long run.

  8. YES!!!

  9. are you the prime minister of britain? its the same in the us, just not the politicians... anyone in congress can do what they want... police do whatever the h**l they want... not racist, just class-ist

  10. racialist???? Are you for real? Please be kidding.

  11. it is not fair but he is tony blair!!!   he thinks he is above the law. i bet he goes kerb crawling and gets away with it!!!!!!

  12. It's amazing how rich and famous people expect (and get) so many free handouts..

  13. The ticket taker said he didn't have to pay.  His wife had to pay for her ticket on another day.

I don't see what's racist about him not having to pay and you having to pay.  He was asked for his ticket, just as you were.  He was told he didn't have to pay.  He was Prime Minister and given a break.  You are an ordinary bloke and weren't.  If you were a famous, rich movie star, you wouldn't be charged for lots of stuff in stores.  That's just ordinary life.  No one was picking on you.  Next time, get your ticket before you get on the train.

  14. After all that man gave to us surely we can forgive him this? Even if we don't agree with his politics, (I am neutral) I'm sure he tried to serve his country well. Let him have free travel, it's the least we can do for anyone who has led the country.
