WHy won't my razr v3 record a video?

It says UNABLE TO RECORD MOVIE. WHy??? I JUST GOT IT FOR CHRISTMAS AND I TOOK A COUPLE OF VIDEOS AND IT WORKED FINE. THEN I ERASED THEM BECAUSE I THOUGHT THEY WERE TAKING UP TOO MUCH SPACE. IS IT POSSIBLE THERE IS NOT ENOUGHT SPACE ON MY PHONE? I THINK THE PIX TAKE UP SPACE BECAUSE I HAVE SOME OF MY OWN(6) AND THE ONESA IT CAME WITH. COULD THEY BE TAKING UP SPACE?

maybe its broken go to the company you got the cell phone and tell them what happenend
