WIC qualifications question?

So Emma is ten months old and on WIC and I am pregnant and on WIC. Emma is getting ready to be due for her one year requalification and they are going to want the past two months proof of income. In one month he is getting a new job where he will make right under the amount to qualify unless he works a lot of overtime. I explained this to the people at WIC and she said, if you don't tell me then I don't know. Do you think it is dishonest? What would you do?

The pay stubs we will be taking will be from his old job as he will not have maybe even one month's pay from his first job.

  1. I would take the stubs you have, the one month from the old job and the one month from the new. I was told that your income is what you normally make, not including overtime or taking days off for illness.

No, I dont think its dishonest

  2. just give them what you have, part of the pay stubs from the previous job, and part from his new job. you will most likely still qualify, but you must always be honest about what he is making.

  3. I don't think it's dishonest, only because the OT is not guaranteed.  If it was guaranteed, it would be a different story.
