WIERD SINUS FEELING AFTER TOOTH WAS PULLED..?

I JUST HAD A TOOTH NEXT TO MY EYE TOOTH (THE BACK TOOTH) PULLED. AS THE FEELING FROM THE NUMBING MEDS IS COMING BACK MY SINUSES ON THAT SIDE IS ACHY. IS THAT NORMAL OR OK?

  1. tom a is right....very normal....just follow the instructions, no sucking and such....it will be fine and get better.


  2. it is ok, just make sure to not sneeze with a closed mouth or blow your nose very hard until the clot is nicely formed.  Upper teeth can often approach the sinus and so when they are taken out often the sinus gets irritated.  Sometimes the sinus can be perforated but if that had happened you would notice that you have a bad nose bleed so likely its just from the swelling and the fact that the tooth was close to the sinus
