WIFI PROBLEM!!please help

I caNT LOG IN TO THE BELKIN SITE TO RESET MY WIRELESS ENCRYPTION KEY!!IT JUST SAYS LEAVE BLANK AND CLICK SUBMIT SO I DO SO AND IT SAYS LOGIN ERROR

Go to the Belkin website and look up your router my model number.  Download the manual and see what the default password is.

If that password doesn't work, look for a small reset button or pinhole on the back of the router. Hold it down for 10+ seconds to reset the router to factory defaults.  Then login using the default password.  You will need to also change all the other settings back to the original way you had it as well.

try to log in without your caps lock on - the login may be CASE SENSITIVE, alternatively reset your router as per the manual and you should be able to log in

Where it says leave blank put your WEP code in, it's on the back of your Modem.

I get that error message when I type in the incorrect password, I assume that you have NOT changed the default password as you're using that.
